Evaluations

Evaluating an individual’s acquired skills with precision allows us to better assess the knowledge base that will be the building blocks for the future.

D.L. Enterprises offers several types of precise and informed evaluations that define language ability for staffing and training purposes. As leaders in assessing language levels and requirements for a position, we take advantage of our expertise in serving all sectors of Quebec-based businesses.

Evaluation of a Candidate’s language level in view of a Job function

This initial step determines the language ability level necessary in order to assume the responsibilities of a position. Once the language ability level is determined, the company is able to integrate staffing policies and training.

Once the initial step is completed, we then assess the positions in the company using an assessment framework that measures the level at which language is important to the job responsibilities. In addition, it allows the company to define the linguistic requirements.

We need approximately 45 – 60 minutes to evaluate a position and produce a detailed report with the results.
