Spanish as a second language* or secondary language**

This evaluation measures the mastery level of a candidate whose first language is not Spanish OR whose responsibilities are not restricted to Spanish only. This evaluation entails a 60 minute oral and written exam.

* Second language: second language acquired or used.
** Secondary language: language other than the second language that is used occasionally.
